What to do about youtube situation

All of a sudden, when I'm trying to upload a YouTube video, a pop-up screen automatically comes up and says a new version of YouTube is available, the only two buttons to push are "open" and "install now". "Open" only takes me back to the pop-up screen, and "install now" takes me to the next screen which has the choice of "cancel" or "continue". "Cancel" obviously takes me back to the start, and when I push "continue", nothing happens, the screen won't let me push it. There's also no x at the top corner of the pop-up so I can't get rid of it. I also can't find any websites about this situation. I am completely unable to watch any YouTube now, anyone got any suggestions?

    Don't know about that, but recently I'm having issues with comments. Mainly youtube does not recognize "space" and Return for starting on the next line properly.

      She went to the YouTube people? I don't think I'm gonna have to do all that. I'll figure it out. That pop-up bullshit is always a pain in the ass when they don't put that x on the top to get rid of it.
