I work in a bar. I don't get off terribly late, but who spends 10 hours running around interacting with people and then goes straight to sleep. That wind down takes some time. And in good company you don't notice it until the birds are singing and the horizon turns blue.

This is actually a very intriguing survey for this group. I fall asleep literally anytime between 12-8am.
