I don't think there are any ugly places, but there are lots of ugly tattoos. In the end, if they wanna throw their money away on sub par art, at least they're putting food on someone's table.
I've seen lovely tattoos in many different parts of the body... not sure how I'd feel about an asshole tat, I just can't imagine one of those not looking ridiculous. XD
