Personally, I think tatoos are ugly in any spot on any man or woman. But I've noticed its even ten times more ugly if a female has one on her neck.
Its just not lady like at all. I also feel like people don't realize how ridiculous it'll look years down the road when they're like 70 something years old, or even when they have to go to a job interview. I know everyone has their own opinion, and I shouldn't be such a snob about this, but I never understood why anyone would ever wanna put that garbage on their skin. Yeah, yeah..., its a form of art..., I've heard that one before. But people, come on! Its just so trashy.
