I never let my dogs off leash in public, one just takes off running and the other will catch squirrels or birds. Not even for a second. I guess I'm lucky by doggies are not really crotch sniffers. Maybe just because they're too short to reach.
What the hell is up with people allowing their dogs to get THAT close?
