Air bending by a long shot! You could create a little bubble around you to explore underwater, you could shove cushion people around, you could fly, you could win every sailing competition, you'd be an excellent pilot, you could silence people (just remove air around them, sound needs a medium to be heard).
You could also screw with fire benders. Remove air and fire won't even burn. I guess you could screw with water benders, too, remove air (a mix of CO2, O2, N, Ar) and you'd mess up their water's chemical composition.
If you really hate someone, you could always give them a tiny push into traffic or something.

Wouldn't being conceiled in a bubble mean you would suffocate due to the lack of oxygen anyway?

You could run out of oxygen if you didn't constantly extract more from the water around you.
