What do u mean he won't let u dump him? U don't need his approval to dip out. If he isn't treating u right and he won't listen to what y have to say, there's absolutely nothing u can do but wait and hope that some day hell come to his senses and flip over. But trust me. It'll be a long, arduous, fight filled wait. Don't stress out about the things and people u can't control.
