All of your options suck for the most part. Why don't you go out there and pratice meeting and talking to girls. You say you're clueless, well that wont change until you do something about it.
More like great point. You know you can even straight up confess that you're shy and if they wouldn't mind you stealing a minute of their time so you could get some practice in. You might assume people will think less of you but there's instead a lot of respect for someone who tries.
