There's nothing you can do to elongate your vagina, from what I can tell. It's how you're made and I'm sure he hasn't brought up "rough" sex again because he completely understands that :). Maybe you can handle a rough fucking, but you could get him to toss you around on the bed...that's some kind of roughness without actually causing you pain. As said above, talk to him as the previous response states because there might be other things he'd like to do that make the sex a "rougher" without actually being painful for you ;)
