1. girls who've known him longer or know him better are at a disadvantage to you, never forget it. A guy is much more interested in someone who'se new and fresh then some bitch who has been playing around with him for a while and hasnt had the balls/ovaries to make a move. they just complicate things.
2. He's interested in you but you are still a mystery to him since you don't really know eachother that well. Again this gives you an advantage
3. Being older or "knowing more/more experienced" is almost never a positive thing to a guy. He's gonna feel much more comfortable if you give him the feeling he is in the lead and he is the experienced one. Most men do.
4. Stop being a pussy and make an advance. We don't live in the middle ages where proper ladies should wait 'till they get an invite/request from the guy. If you are sure enough you are hot and he's in to you, then you have no reason to wait. Fuck the other bitches.

I saw him today at another party. I talked to him a little and I realized he's actually quite shy, which is a good thing because it makes him more approachable. Yay
