Exactly, how is he being abusive? I think you should either tell a adult you trust or report him to the cops which will most likely results in you being put into foster care. Are there any relatives that you could stay with?

Well I've been in your position many times but with both of my parents. My dad abused me sexually and my mum abused me physically,emotionally. What I did was I packed my bags and snuck out my window. When I was 3 miles away from my house I called a friend... What you should do is ask a guidance counsler at school or a police officer.
