There is already a huge stigma attached to drugs and all it causes is misinformation and overdoses because no one was taught moderation or practical use. Yes alcohol is a drug that damages almost every cell in the body but people will still drink it no matter what. We need sensible information about substances not scare tactics. The age for alcohol is fine. 21 is fine. There are already too many restrictions on what we can put in our bodies. In new york city there are restrictions on SODA. No one should be told what they can or cannot put in their bodies.
