I've regretted some things (like not having sex with a friend or not accepting an art scholarship when I was 18 yrs old), but overall, I really like my life and I wouldn't want things to be different. I definitely regret the things I didn't attempt, as opposed to the ones where I tried and failed.
I'm surprised I survived. Things were rough for a long time, but I've gained so much insight and experience in a short amount of time and now I feel as though I'm ready for the rest of my life.
