It's a mixed drink. Diet coke, coffee and a cigarette. Used to contain cocaine, but I removed it from the mix. Made my nose bleed. :\

Surely you are familiar with the Irish Car Bomb and tequila shots. It's a mix of both. Drop the coffee in the diet coke, do a line, take a drag, drink it up. GOOD MORNING, AMERICAAAA!!!! WATCH OUT, NORA BAKEEEER IS OUT AND-FUCKIN-ABOUT!!!
