I posted about this recently as I had the same kind of problem.
Unless your cat is old and sick, she is in a power struggle with you. She sees you as another cat /animal and wants to be the alpha cat in the relationship. You have to show her who's boss by being the boss cat.
I had the same problem with my cat, so as an experiment I tried acting like a more dominant cat. If she played up (bit me or scratched me), I would growl and hiss at her, take cat paw swipes at her (without hitting her) and generally be dominant.
Cats understand this language of dominance. Once she realises you are the dominant one she will relax with you again.
My cats behaviour soon returned to normal. Give it a try and see how you go.
What's wrong with my cat?

Oh my... I never would have thought about that. Thank you, I'll definitely try it!
