Ever since I was very young I have been horny to the point that I would be wet all the time. I always wanted to have sex. Once I finally had sex with my husband I was so surprised that once he pushed his way inside of me if felt like my insides were ripping, or like knifes slicing that whole area inside and out. I always dealt with it because I wanted him to feel great, (he had no idea). After I think 1 1/2 years it finally went away, but the problem is I can't enjoy sex. I have to go pee in the middle of it. I still have pain, irritable tickling annoying pain. I was raped by my best friend when I was 16 but the truth is that even that felt better then the whole time I've been with my husband. I live in a small town so my doctor would have no idea what to do. Please help me.

    Go out of town and see a better doctor.

    Seriously.

    Could be all kinds of things:
    Vaginismus
    Endometriosis
    Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
    Infection (sexual or otherwise)
    Psychological issues
    Fibroids
    etc.

    There could be complications further down the line if you don't get it checked, especially if you intend to have children.
