I get this problem all the time. When I am in a club with my friend guys never want to dance with me or talk to me unless they just want to get down my pants. Then if we go in a group the guy that is there for me is just to distract me so his friend can hook up with my friend. I don't get told that I am ugly but I get told all the time that I am not hot. I was get over looked because of this and the whole pretend you are self confident don't work because I have done this. I have just accepted the fact recently that only hot girls get the attention and girls like me get the shadows and the guys that want me only do because I am just a last resort.
