You should read some history books, some recent scholarly articles about gender, talk to people who aren't incredibly sheltered or a teenager, and at some point go out and see the world for yourself. No, what you see online is not accurate. Yes, feminism still exists. Yes, it is still needed. Also, just so you know, autism and schizophrenia have absolutely no relevance to the point you are making. Not sure if you genuinely meant something by that or were just trying to throw around insults.
People have been outraged by "radicalized feminism" and "pc culture gone mad" in some way or another for centuries. Check out these hilarious posters from the 1900s when women were fighting for their rights to vote. Everyone was horrified at the needless hysteria.
