Since flaccid is the base state of being, it makes sense for them to see you flaccid if at all. To be erect requires a cause.
You may PREFER for them to see you erect (I don't know why, maybe you want one of them to go "Jesus Christ! Look at that rod of wonder! I must pleasure it with my mouth this very moment, lest another opportunity never arise!") but, aside from the occasional unwelcome hard on, it's very unlikely. Alcohol generally has a softening effect and it can be har-difficult to get an erection when drunk. Of course, when you do it can be difficult to get rid of.
