True story: I stopped off at a chain restaurant (sounds like schamplebees) on the way home from a work meeting one early evening. Ate, had a beer, and this beautiful, cute blonde, professional-looking, great blue eyes sat next to me. Ordered the same meal, we get to talking, and all is going very well. Even my bartender friend gave me the thumbs-up (and she's a woman), and told me "I'm rooting for you". We proceed, and the woman says "Finish your beer, and we'll go". I'm thinking, yes!
Until, that is..We get outside. Standing by her suv, I had to ask..How old are you? I was more curious than anything, but her answer sealed the no deal for me: "23" she said, to my brain reaction of "Ugh...I have a niece who's 22..I can't do this". We went our separate ways, and on my way home, yeah, I patted myself on the back for the ability to get a 23 year old, but..Just couldn't have sex or a one-nighter with her. If she'd said even...30..Yes, no question, as she was beautiful and we did get along well.. Just couldn't get her age, and my niece's age, out of my mind.
Oh, and no, she wasn't a prostitute. She was a nurse, license and all.
I don't have any kids, nor do I have any nieces/nephews, so I don't have that problem. I don't think a friend's daughter would bother me. I understand the thing about the daughter, but I don't think the niece would be that big a deal. It's possible to have niece closer to your age. Heck, it's possible to have a niece older than you. Such occurrances have happened.
I was simply posing an example from my own experiences. Lot of the girls at the sports bar I go to are in their early 20s, beautiful, sexy, and look older. I'm still a guy and look and admire, but then usually think, she's hot as hell and I'd love to jump on her, but..Same age or younger than my nieces.
What kills me too, is that a lot of girls that age like older guys, so it's not like it would be all that difficult to reel one in.
