If you have the typical body-hygiene routine for those living in a home with typical bathroom facilities, it's almost certain that your dick has many fewer harmful microbes on it than your hands do. If you come out of a public restroom with hands that are more contaminated than they were when you went in, it's highly likely that's because of the non-dick surfaces you touched while in the restroom.
Assuming, of course, that you don't whip your dick out at random occasions during the day, rub it across random surfaces and then stuff it back in your pants to fester.
Also it can be argued the gental area is the most washed part on the male body. When I take a shower that part is washed 2 or 3 seperate times during a shower.
