I'm an atheist but I try to be what I call a respectful atheist. That is, I don't have a religion, and I won't go with you to your church/mosque/synagogue/gurdwara/whatever other place of worship you choose to go to in order to worship whatever deity you choose to, but if you want to go do that on your own or with other people who are into your religion too, that's cool with me.
The 2 things I ask in return are 1) don't force your choice of religion down my throat, and 2) don't chop my head off.
If having a belief in a higher power helps you to live your life in a more fulfilling way, all power to your elbow, but I personally choose to live my own life how I see fit, as opposed to living my life by a book.
I therefore refuse to answer this question as in my opinion, all religions in themselves deserve the same amount of respect, and when people start disrespecting other people purely for the sake of their religion, that is when problems start to arise.
