A money-grubbing cult is still a religion because it's a vastly important worship of one man (called a cult), I called the above on the list religions for the sake of convenience when Buddhism isn't a religion, it's being human without gods and almost anyone (except the posh) can be Buddhists, whether you already believe in a religion or not, even an atheist can be a Buddhist, it's merely a philosophy which is important for Buddhists. I'm one of them: an atheist and a Buddhist. Despite popular belief, Buddhists don't believe in the supernatural (except in death), Buddhists have saints but I'm not a saint, just a regular person trying to do great things.
