There are very few people in westernised society that actually have zero friends, that is incredibly uncommon. Such people are almost non existent comparatively.
It’s not meant in a derogatory sense, but yes, those rare people would undoubtedly fall under having mental illness issues.
This is nowhere near as uncommon as you are trying to make it out to be. This is an exaggeration. Even if that were to be the case, it still does not indicate someone is mentally ill.
Because these "rare" people have zero friends does not mean they have a mental illness. If you're going to speak on a topic, you might wanna know what you're talking about. Otherwise it is pointless.
