    "Last Kiss" by Wayne Cohran. Pearl Jam did a cover.

    "Let's Not Shit Ourselves" by Bright Eyes

    Cat's Cradle is a very depressing song too, but those were the first two to come to mind. I'd rather not search my brain for others.

    But truthfully, the way most people sing "Happy Birthday" is very depressing.
