Hmm, maybe Street Spirit by Radiohead. I listen to quite a lot of music which is considered depressing, but most of it doesn't actually depress me. If I'm sad though, this song tends to make me even more sad. To be honest, I have songs which are much more depressing than that in my music "library". Street Spirit just matches my bad mood a lot of the time. I could listen to it now and not be sad, though. Aside from that, music which I dislike usually has a negative effect on my mood.
And I'm listen to that Cats In The Cradle song on Youtube. It doesn't sound that depressing to me so far. Aww, actually, I can kind of see what you mean now.:P
