What's the best way to solve global overpopulation?

This isnt even about sex man. Can animals consent to being raised for food or hard labor? Can they consent to be locked away in a small cage most there lives? Can they consent to being beaten and tortured before killed? No no they cant. But they CAN consent to having sex. Just because they dont speak English doesn't mean they cant. I would suggest watching some videos but those of those are really rapey so let's not even go there. But pay attention animals can and do communicate with us. We just dont ususlly pay attention.

EDIT: btw vets and breeders often mazterbate there animals when collecting semen for whatever purpose it is needed for. But when said human enjoys it as well it becomes a big deal. Makes no sense. Yes there is electronic devices but that involves shoving a usually large metal device in there ass wich they generally dont enjoy and can scar them mentally or cause them to become aggressive to humans wich means they get put down because they were defending themselves. How would you feel If someone wanted you to have a child so they pinned you shoved a large metal object in your ass and then collected your sperm and if you resist you get hurt or drugged or killed.
