I'd say to have birth control be available to everybody. In fact if there was a way that you'd have to go get something special to have a pregnancy, would be best, but I don't agree with forcing birth control. They ought to give free sterilization operations to people all over the world, perhaps. World wide programs to promote using condoms and family planning?
Would family planning be enough though? If the global population remained the same (inc. in countries like Lebanon where families tend to be large), would it solve our problems?
There is no simple solution to this. I do think the Catholic church ought to change their "no birth control" rule, for one, but anyway.. question.. how would introducing insects to the Western people help with overpopulation? Am I missing something?
