Some sort of experience, like laser tag or a holiday or live music tickets. Something you can use once, share with people you like, then hold onto the memories of for as long as you want. If you spend you money on something you use every day it fades into the background, stops being interesting and you might as well have not bothered with it in the first place for all the long term impact it had. It's funny how the longer something lasts physically, the less it seems to affect us emotionally.
The only one of those which is actually an experience is fast food, which isn't exactly the best example but it'll have to do. I'd have a lot more enjoyment eating shit food with my friends than I would with a new phone or a new pair of jeans or a video game.
Although I suppose you can play the game with friends too. And maybe even use the sex toy.

I won $5500 a couple years ago and spent most of it at gourmet resturants within a couple months. I don't regret doing that either.
