Where I'm from it is stereotypical humor that many of these characteristics listed can only be present simultaneously in a "fat girl". The only one he forgot is "must give good oral".
I couldn't think that even a fat girl would give in to all those demands.
The only chance I see for that list to work is in a country/culture where women are treated as objects.
Or maybe it's just that I've never met any girls that are voluntarily that submissive.
It's actually pretty common for women in the south U.S. to strive to meet many of those demands. For the guys it's more like a fantasy not likely to happen, but still something they desire. This is why they joke that "fat girls", who are often considered insecure and more willing to please, could meet the criteria.
Of course, these are just stereotypes.I know plenty of people down south who do not think this way and who want more out of life than to serve or be served like a slave.
