What's easier skiing or snowboarding?

I have no idea since I have never tried either.

I've got quite a lot of experience at both. Skiings easier to start, but harder to get good. Snowboardings more fun for drifting over the snow, but skiing is more fun for intense mougle runs.

skiing was definitely easier for me

I've tried both and let me tell you skiing is definetley easier than snowboarding.

To be able to make it down a mountain at first skeeing is easier. Because snowboarding is more difficult the first days to be able to stand takes a lot of practise. Whereas with skies your able to remain standing after a few minutes.

But to become a good snowboarder mastering all skills to an advanced level is easier then mastering the same level with skeeing.

That said offcourse for individual cases it may be different. I started skeeing after i mastered snowboarding and because i was allready not afraid to go downhill it was really easy to apply the technique. I think in both skeeing and snowboarding the bigest hurdle is getting over ones fear.

These days i snowboard because i like it better. Wish it was winter again.

Skiing is soo much easier, I've skiied since forever but could never really get snowboarding down :/ I wish I could board. The weirdest thing is I can long board and surf really well

I'm a pretty good skier and I picked up snowboarding in two days ie could do linked turns down a hill but I started skiing when I was 5 so I can't really compare.

skiing is easier to learn but im all about snowboarding.

I only did Snowboarding and I loved it!

I've done both and learning snowboarding took like two days.

Both, but they are both fun to do
