Some people choose it, others are chosen by it. Until there's no stigma attached to being gay we won't know how many people really are and don't know it or don't admit it.
As far as large breasts are concerned, both men and women are pretty much taught what to like, so how do we know what's natural and normal? It's certainly normal to love tits, but as for size, I don't believe all men OR women prefer big ones.
I quoted this already on another topic about penis size but I reckon it's worth repeating: apparently a Kinsey researcher asked a lesbian what type of breasts she preferred in a lover and her response was that it depended who was wearing them ......
