Neapolitan. Made with San Marzan tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. And Chicago "pizza" is not pizza at all, it's a casserole.
It is casserole like, it's so thick you got to eat it with silverware, too messy to pick up. With the big, flat New York pizza, you can pick it up, but I never really folded it while eating it the way the New Yorkers do.
