    It all depends. For me it's only about two or three times a week. Some people do it every day. As long as it doesn't interfere with your life, it's a healthy thing to do.

        I suppose you would expect a man's to match a woman's. But, younger men are so loaded with testosterone that most of them want it more like 5 to 7 times a week. Starting in the late 20s, I would guess men and women are a better match.

    I know most men masturbate everyday or close to everyday while women masturbate 2 or 3 times a week. It depends on every person
