Well, when my daughter was 12, she was in bed by 9pm and had around 30 minutes to spend in her room with the lights on, then she had to go to bed. since she wasn't very good at getting up earlier, so the time differs with sleeping routines. and when she was seven around 7:30 8pm yes! So fairly good times I would say'
