Entertainment industry = unstable, low-paying (unless you're in a producing, directing or senior position - which all entail extraordinary levels of responsibility), highly competitive.
Responsibility is virtually hand-in-hand with money. Only job that I can think of that is even vaguely close to your description is a statistician.
