I have an herb garden with about 12 different varieties of herbs, including thyme, oregano, lemon verbana, rosemary, chamomile, and chives.
I'm also planning on growing peppers again. I've grown serrano and jalapeno, but my favorite is probably habanero. I want to grow spicier ones like ghost pepper someday, since habanero is a bit mild for me, and I like the spicier end of peppers (I use liberal amounts of carolina reaper hot sauce often), but I'll have to see if they can grow well in my climate.
I don't grow many vegetables because I live out in the country and it's a pain to keep the animals from eating them.
