    Take them to the outskirts of town and put a bullet in their head. They won't suffer that way. Then bill their family for the cost of the bullet.

      Why not put them in the woman's prison? If they can't go in the men's. Who knows? The transmen might meet their soulmate in there. She might be pretty as well,
