Super-Speed (Speed Force). Immortality would be great too, so I could experience everything this planet has to offer, and live long enough to meet aliens, lol. But all these powers on your list, would only make my own life easier, better and just amazing, but super-speed would not only do all that, but I could also use it for the good of mankind! Look at Flash, he's one of the greatest superheroes ever, and his only power is super-speed...

But I think teletransportation is even easier, cause you just appear wherever you like, so you dont have to run.
