Always get that told to me, however you could always find more people to be your family.
Personally, I want immortality because I think life is pointless if it is limited, especially nowadays. Immortality ensures that you see far more and amazed far more, because with time comes progression.

It would be great do whatever you like, knowing you won't die. But the sad part is seeing each one of your relatives dying. However good choice!
