Edit: Also, what is it with us? I'm not hispanic, but half Sicilian half Cree. I can't handle the cold. I have to get all bundled the fuck up, and it's a pain in the ass, because I'm from NYC and grew up in Canada (Back here in the big apple now, tho.)
Idk if cold tolerance has really much to do with ethnicity. There are quite a lot of Arabs and Black Africans. migrating tp Northern Europe, even Scandinavia and they seem to be doing fine..
Also the Cree are a tribe inhabiting Northern lands, if your theory was valid half your genetic backgroumd must be xold resistant.. I like that you seem to be inclined to npve somewhere south though, I'm sure I wouldn't like it in NYC

China is like california. Contains beautiful places but those who run it are fucking crazy.
Sure california is at least not harvesting organs from political dissidents... at least not yet.
