the bigger it is the more exciteing it is... so define "too small" its not like coz a guy is only 5 inches that a girl will not date him... but she will not have has much fun as if he's 10 inches.. just like for a guy.. what size vagina is too large ? :P more fun if its small or snugh im sure, but at what point is it not small enough?

Generally anything less than average doesn't feel right. Seven to eight inches are good. But too long and thin can hurt. Girthy is nice, so long as it's not too girthy. Depends on the position too.
Some guys that are really big have a problem staying hard.
I like a dick that's long enough for long strokes. Long strokes are very, very good, as long as it's the right speed. Nine to ten inches is about ideal for that. A couple of guys even better.
