I wear bikini and thong type panties mostly. If I wear a gstring its on weekends. The part of the bikini type that your butthole touches is just past the center towards back and if you don't properly wipe then it'll show stains possibly from center area back. The thong type is where the v ends and the narrow part rubs against your hole. The gstring is like dental floss it doesn't cover our butthole so with it so thin it'll get pretty sweaty and dirty lol. I would say it is most likely feces but it could be old period blood. I wear g-strings and can tell you if there is a brown color on the string it is most likely feces. For me, no way it is period blood because I am a man. To answer your question, the string does not go in your butt hole it goes in the crack of you ass. Bottom line is your best friend's mom needs to clean her ass better.
