You are racist if you believe in inherent behavioural differences between the races, and you act on that by treating people differently, getting violent and/or being a segregationalist. That's what racism used to mean, and should still mean.
It's not people asking you innocent questions about your hair. It's not expecting you to take some responsibility for your own life situations, instead of blaming everyone else. It's not having a preference in dating (unless you're a cunt about it). It's not people pointing out that you said something racist when you actually did.
STOP trivialising serious words... they start to mean nothing when they're actually needed (and we're seeing that now in the real world, it's scary times out here right now).
