Somebody who was open-minded, comfortable with sex/their sexulaity, non-religious or anti-religion (I might settle for a non-practising believer if very desparate, though), ideally not a virgin, believes in open relationships but is willing to discuss with me where our boundaries lie, and that I could be best friends with.
Oh, and they'd have to be OK with never being married, be aware that being shackled to one person for the rest of your life is a very bad thing, have brains but also be able to talk about nonsense, be younger but more maturef/sensible than I am and be OK with me not telling them I love them every day or even every week.
Don't especially care about looks and money's not that much of an issue, though.
