Italian is the best. My mother cooks spaghetti bolognaise, but because I wouldn't eat wheat, I prefer a minestrone (w/o pasta), and chicken cacciatore, and Italian fish in red salsa (Italian sauce) and salsa verde (green Italian sauce) on top, and crostini (any bread will do).
