    Everyone does something good. Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi food is a glaring omission from your list, though. So is Caribbean cuisine. And Spanish, Greek, Turkish, English, classical French, Scandinavian, North African, Korean, and Malaysian. I guess there's a limit to every list, but food from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh was definitely worth a spot in yours. It's also what I'd vote for.

      English??? What do they possibly haave that is worth eating. I practcally starved when I was there.
