Huskies are difficult dogs to own. They are gorgeous but they are a lot of work and take a lot of patience. Unless you have a very active lifestyle where you go for runs daily and are home often, don't get a husky. They have a ton of energy and if you don't figure out a way to get them to use up all of that energy, they can get destructive. This might not be the case for older, more mellow ones but if you start out with a puppy or a younger husky then this will probably be accurate.
