Neither. I make a little over 50k only work 3 days a week. I'm in line for a promotion that pays 60-70k only working 3 days a week. You can keep your shitty 5 day a week or more jobs that pay the same.
I worked my way up but one could honestly apply for it right off the bat. At least with my company the job has a bit of a bad reputation so no one wants it wich is absurd but makes it relatively competition free most of the time. If your looking at one such Job in your area I do reccomend though I warn its boring as shit. I spend my day looking at stuff and fixing stuff that's it 12 hours a day. But I also make 2 dollars more than the production team. The technicians wich does require prior experience make 2 dollars more than me. But I want to be a supervisor wich pays way more
I tried factory jobs and 12 hour shifts were hard as hell to tolerate. I worked in a bag factory. Idk sticking my hands next to 300 rpm rollers were less than pleasant to do for 12 hours.
Haha yea it cam have some sketch moments. I never understood the hate on 12 hours shifts. I'd rather work slightly longer shifts and have more days at home than vice versa
What job would you choose?

Did you work your way up to quality control or was it a position you needed prior experience with/education for?
