  • I purposely pack veggies in my lunch to make sure I'm actually eating them at least once a day. I also think it is very important for me personally to get some protein into my body in the morning. Fruit is easy for me, my breads and pastas are typically whole grain, and I break my meals up into about 4, but the food goes unhealthy from there. I only drink water when I'm at work and dessert has always been a normal part of my life and sometimes I feel like a meal is incomplete without a little treat.
